My Goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods please inform us via email to info@doors2doors.co.uk including your order number and the nature of the damage within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.
As stated on the delivery page, edge damage should be inspected when receiving delivery and the product refused when possible.
We will then ask you for pictures of the damaged goods and once our team has checked and confirmed the damage claim we will initiate a replacement product to be sent to you, and the damaged goods collected where applicable.
Please note, we we will only offer a refund/credit for damaged goods if no suitable replacement can be supplied.
I've change my mind
If you have decided that the goods aren't what you wanted and you change your mind, then you are responsible for returning your goods to us. In this instance, you would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
You have 14 days to inform us of your intent to return goods and a further 14 days for the goods to be returned.
We recommend all customers return goods using a fully insured service, to cover yourself in case of loss or damage, if the goods are damaged in transit when being returned, then we will be unable to offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Goods
There are a few products that can be purchased through this website that cannot be returned or cancelled, these include any products that has been made bespoke or personalised.
