Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
My Goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods please inform us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and the nature of the damage within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.
As stated on the delivery page, edge damage should be inspected when receiving delivery and the product refused when possible.
We will then ask you for pictures of the damaged goods and once our team has checked and confirmed the damage claim we will initiate a replacement product to be sent to you, and the damaged goods collected where applicable.
Please note, we we will only offer a refund/credit for damaged goods if no suitable replacement can be supplied.

At Doors2Doors, we offer a 14 day no nonsense returns policy if you don't like your products or wish to cancel your order.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, via email to email@example.com, and you will have a further 14 days to return the products to us.
It is your responsibility to return the goods you wish to return.
The goods must be returned to us in a new, unused and re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be granted, we therefore suggest you use an insured courier to return the goods.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will be processed within 3 working days after the quality of returned goods are checked. Please allow 14 days for the money to show up in your account.
There are a few products that can be purchased through this website that cannot be returned or cancelled, these include any products that has been made bespoke or personalised.
This does not apply if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.
