ORDERS DELIVERED BY OUR DEDICATED FLEET
We strive to complete the majority of our deliveries using our Leicester based dedicated delivery fleet. We will always attempt to contact you before delivery to ensure there is someone available to accept the goods.
Please Note! Deliveries are ground floor only and to level sites. Please check first that you have the correct size and style of door as per your order and that there are is no visible damage before signing as 'received in good condition'.
We must be notified of damages or shortages within 72 hours of delivery.
ORDERS DELIVERED BY 3RD PARTY (COURIERS)
We do sometimes use a selection of third party couriers for our deliveries.
Please examine the products before the driver leaves, as you will be asked to sign for the correct amount of goods IN GOOD CONDITION, the doors must be checked and if any damage is present the signed docket MUST BE NOTED AS DAMAGED, the carriers or ourselves cannot be responsible for complaints on condition or shortages after this event. It is not acceptable to sign ‘unchecked’. Any defects must be notified to ourselves at email@example.com within 72 hours of Goods received.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
When a delivery involves FIRE DOORS or EXTERNAL DOORS, there must be help on site, as the handling requires two persons. If this is not adhered to, we may need to re-deliver the order, which will involve an additional delivery cost.
In the case of collection by customers from our premises, goods must be examined before loading, as damage can easily occur while transporting goods in an unsuitable transport vehicle.
